Dear friends,
When we launched our newsletter in the Fall of 2000
our goal was to bring you easy ideas for updating your wardrobe with the
newest fashion trends in style, color, fabric, and accessories. Each season
we choose new fashion patterns from the McCall’s, Butterick, and Vogue
pattern books that will look best for each figure type. We also like to
photograph the garments that Pati is currently working on and have added
more sewing and embroidery tips from Marta Alto.
We are in the process of streamlining our newsletter
so that it better fills the needs of our readers.
It’s time for us to ask for your feedback!
We need to know which information you enjoy and
would like us to continue or add more of and which sections you feel we
can eliminate.

NOTE: The Parts 1-5 pdfs linked at the left are
each 2-4 megabytes in
size, which gives you the
best photo quality and color. If you prefer one
single,
lower-resolution pdf of the entire e-magazine, download

megabyte file by

| Each part of Fashion for Your
Figure is a separate Adobe Acrobat pdf (portable document file). Because
our pages are filled with fashion photos and illustrations, it may take
a while for Adobe Acrobat Reader to bring these pages up on your
computer unless you download the files to your hard drive (see
instructions at right). We do appreciate your patience, and hope
you find the wait worthwhile!

Note: You do not need Adobe Acrobat --
just the FREE Acrobat Reader. The free version available at their
web site is version 4.0, even though it doesn't say that on their web
page. This newsletter is designed to be ready by version 4. You may have
problems if you have an earlier version.
If you already have Acrobat Reader but are getting
error messages, you may want to try to reinstall it from their web site.
We suggest you uninstall your current version first.

Is the viewing too slow? Consider downloading
the pdf files to your hard drive. It will be the quickest way
to view these documents, but it takes a little planning, and room on your
hard drive. Download each file. Different servers will have you
follow different instructions. On a PC you start by right
clicking on each of the Parts above. Some servers have you download
"link," others ask if you want to download "target." After they are
downloaded go the the directory on your hard drive where you
have saved them and click on the files to view the newsletter. Adobe
Acrobat Reader will open them.
We suggest doing the download at a time when you can be
doing other things, too. It may take a while! But when you finally
sit down to look through the issue, it will go quickly from page to
page. When you are done, either delete the file, or save it for
future reference. We do ask you to remember... this is copyrighted
material.
