WHAT'S INCLUDED

In the classroom we offer coffee, water, and snacks, and, at midday, a wonderful lunch. Dinners are on your own. 

Notebooks and most sample-making supplies are included. We have some machines to loan if you cannot bring your own. 

Bring List
A list of what you need to bring, along with other information is available on the registration page.. If you have the Palmer/Pletsch book that is being used as a reference for the class, bring it.

GRADUATION
A special graduation party with refreshments will be held at the completion of each workshop. It’s a time to socialize in a relaxed atmosphere and share the whys of your sewing, your personal interests and your aspirations. In a final ceremony, completion certificates will be awarded.

GRADUATION CERTIFICATE
Your graduation certificate will say Tailoring I, Tailoring II, Tailoring III, Fit I, Fit II, Fit III, etc., depending on the number of times you have attended.

The hotel, which is located directly across the street from Steve’s Sewing, has a Special Guestroom Rate set for our workshops attendees. at the hotel.  Please contact the hotel directly at 610-337-1200 to make your reservations. Please refer to the Palmer/Pletsch Fit Workshop-Philadelphia and the dates of the class you would like to attend to take advantage of this special $99.00 rate. The rate is subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax and 2% Montgomery County Occupancy tax.  

Shuttles to and from the airport are available by reservations - contact Tropiano Shuttle service at (800) 559-2040.  $29.00 one way

Continental breakfast is included in the rate, and the hotel has two restaurants on site. There are many additional restaurants with in a 5 mile radius of the hotel, and based on availability the hotel shuttle can take you to any of them complimentary.

Workshop
Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop, notify Palmer/Pletsch at least 30 days in advance of the class to receive a refund of your tuition less the non-refundable $100 deposit. For cancellations less than 30 days before a workshop, tuition fees are not refundable. All fees, minus a $100 deposit, will become a credit toward a future workshop, or you may send someone in your place.

Palmer/Pletsch reserves the right to cancel any workshop up to 30 days prior to starting date if minimum enrollment is not metd. All deposits and fees will then be refunded. Please feel free to contact us for further information or clarification. Thank you.
