Terms and Policies
Palmer/Pletsch is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you share with us.
We will only use this information for our own business related purposes and will not sell or distribute your information to anyone else.
Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing. Depending on the type of shipping you select at checkout, your domestic order should arrive in 2 to 10 days from its departure from us. An email notification will be sent to you when it leaves our facility. On international orders please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Returns for defective or damaged merchandise are allowed within 30 days of your order. Please contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as you notice any problem with your order. An exchange for the originally ordered item will be sent at no shipping charge with a return envelope or package. Exchanges for unused items are allowed within the first 10 days of your order.. Postage must be paid by the customer for the return and shipment of the exchange item.
Palmer/Pletsch reserves the right to review each order and accept or reject it for any reason. All transaction fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the cardholder.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop, please notify Palmer/Pletsch at least 30 days in advance of the class to receive a refund for your tuition less the $100 deposit, which is non-refundable. Reservations for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the workshop will receive a credit toward tuition on future workshop, less the $100 non-refundable deposit. The credit must be used within 18 months of the original workshop and may be used at any workshop location. NOTE: A second workshop cancellation will not be credited or rescheduled.
Palmer/Pletsch reserves the right to cancel any workshop up to 30 days prior to starting date if minimum enrollment is not met. All deposits and fees will then be refunded. Please feel free to contact us for further information or clarification. Thank you.
Teacher Training - Fit andPant Fit Cancellation Policy
Our teacher training sessions are a time to practice fit on each other as if the instructor was not there, but coming to your rescue when needed. It is a confidence-building experience.
However, when there are less than two registered for fit or pant fit teacher training at any location, the day-long session will be canceled and we will instead offer it as a home-study alternative. We will let you know as far in advance as is possible. You would practice fitting others at home after the workshop and Pati Palmer will be your personal coach. You would email Pati photos of issues you can’t solve for as long as is needed.
During the workshop, your Palmer/Pletsch instructor will go through the contents of the teacher training CD with you. It contains slides, script, camera-ready handouts, class outlines, pricing ideas, lists of what to bring to class, marketing materials, logos, and more.
You might also try to fit another person during the workshop or at least watch your instructor fit and listen to her thought processes as she makes fitting decisions.
