Email a photo or photos, plus a description of your garment made using a current or past Palmer/Pletsch pattern. (including Melissa Watson patterns) by January 31, 2011. The winning entry will receive a workshop gift certificate for full tuition (valued up to $795) The winner may attend a workshop in either Portland or Philadelphia.(travel expenses not included). Judging will be based on overall appeal, fit, and construction. Judges will include: Julie Olds and Georgia Granata, Buyers, Fabric Depot; Marta Alto, author, Palmer/Pletsch; Pamela Leggett, C.S.I, Palmer/Pletsch East; Nancy Seifert, C.S.I, Palmer/Pletsch workshop instructor; and Pati Palmer, President, Palmer/Pletsch. "Best Rendition of a Palmer/Pletsch Pattern"
winning entry will receive a workshop gift certificate for full
tuition (valued up to $795) and your garment will be featured on our
website and in the Spring 2012 issue of Fashion for Real People.
