Each attendee will be provided a guest bed in one of the 4 shared bedrooms. Beautifully appointed, with handmade quilts, 100% cotton linens and Hypoallergenic pillows and comforter. Three full bathrooms with color coded towel and basic shower amenities are shared.
All meals, snacks and beverages are included.
Machines are available to rent if you cannot bring your own.

Just start looking for a topic that interests you! If you have the Palmer/Pletsch book that is being used as a reference for the class, bring it.
Teacher Training is available in conjunction with the Fit, and Pant Fit, and Tailoring workshops. The workshop pages have more information available as well as how to sign up.
Seattle workshops are held at Makers Hideaway, a new retreat center owned by online fabric store Stylemaker fabrics. Sitting on 5 acres of peaceful countryside in Stanwood, Washington, it is a true retreat experience. The Stylemaker Fabric store is conveniently located on site, with lovely fabrics, focused on garment sewing, independent patterns and essential notions. Accommodations include four shared bedrooms, and 3 shared full baths on 2 levels. The Maker space, where our workshop will take place is on the lower level. Light and bright with large windows overlooking the peaceful pastures.
A large open studio with ten work areas, rotary cutting tables, ironing stations and individual cardboard cutting/pattern worktables. Each student is provided with a sewing table equipped with task lighting, USB port and rolling cart to keep supplies handy. The space also includes a cozy sitting room, a great place to relax while trimming patterns, and a kitchenette to keep snacks and beverages handy.
