McCall’s 6331 Romper And Sun Dress Pattern
This romper and sundress has a fold back front and a pleated skirt with scalloped hem. Bust alteration lines are printed on tissue. View C has bra cups in A/B, C, and D sizes.
This design does not require much fit except in the bodice. The top is meant to fit snugly, but the skirt is so full that your hip fit shouldn’t be a problem. All patterns under the Palmer/Pletsch brand have alteration lines printed on the tissue. This one is different. It is almost impossible to do a bust adjustment for view C bra cup, so we asked McCall’s if they could provide a B,C, and D cup size already altered. They accommodated and did it in all views! What is really hot about this summer style is that it is perfect for those hot summer days but can be made in a dressy material for an evening look. I do want to mention that you need to make sure you have enough ease in the romper bottom (crotch length), if you are making it out of a woven fabric, you want to be able to sit and move around. Remember to try on the tissue before you start cutting your fabric.
